Posting Overview:

Reporting to the Manager of Information Technology, the Planning & Reporting Officer will be the key support and resource person responsible primarily for the following tasks:

• Coordinating and overseeing the collection and reporting of school data for Ministry reporting cycles and for board financial purposes.
• Facilitating the collection of data from all schools via OnSIS, providing training and support, implementing updates as directed by the Ministry, and completing the Board sign-off requirements.
• Providing system-level guidance and support to schools when required for the collection of student information data through the Board’s Student Information System software.
