Planner/Scheduler (Markham)

Overview

Reporting to the Planning Director, the Planner/Scheduler will provide support to the pursuit and operations teams in estimating and planning various contracts. This role is an exciting opportunity to join and learn from an established planning team.

Primary Scope of Role

• Review contract documents, drawings, specifications and any relevant project documentation applicable to the project scope.
• Plan and establish milestones for projects.
• Review project work activities to ensure support of project milestones.
• Work with the Project Team to develop bid & baseline schedules for multi‑year projects in Primavera P6, resource loaded at activity level, ensuring constructability and integrity of the project schedule, identifying key project milestones, constraints, stakeholder requirements and any other contractual obligations.
