Overview
We are growing and expanding our Manufacturing Site in Mexico! The Planner, Supply Chain develops and runs reports to support manufacturing operations regarding scheduling, safety stock levels, lead time, production targets and supply replenishment.
Responsibilities
- Enter distribution orders to/from Ambu locations.
- Determine safety stock levels in manufactured/distributed items to achieve required service levels.
- Use the monthly forecast to develop the production targets for each work center.
- Publish a weekly lead-time alert of delivery issues.
- Update master data in the M3 system to satisfy the needs of manufacturing minimum order quantities, replenishment frequency, and lead‑times.
- Issue manufacturing orders, purchase orders and distribution orders in the M3 system.
- Schedule manufacturing orders to meet customer service requirements, given any constraints in manufacturing.
