Responsibilities:

Assist in the preparation, updating, and maintenance of project schedules under the supervision of senior planners or schedulers.

Input schedule data into scheduling software such as Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.

Work with project teams to gather schedule information on design, procurement, construction, and commissioning activities.

Help monitor project progress and update timelines accordingly.

Support the generation of weekly and monthly schedule reports and look-ahead plans.

Maintain schedule documentation and ensure activity coding and Work Breakdown Structure (WBS) are properly applied.

Track progress of subcontractor activities and coordinate updates to the master schedule.

Attend internal meetings and take notes for action items and scheduling updates.

Support analysis of schedule delays and assist in the development of recovery plans.
