Planner and Scheduler – Project Advisory and Management Group
You will be responsible for preparing comprehensive project master schedules for high‑complexity projects, developing schedule updates and performance reports, managing critical‑path activities, and ensuring schedule integrity to support extension‑of‑time claims.
Responsibilities
- Prepare comprehensive project master schedules in accordance with contract requirements and EllisDon standards.
- Prepare schedule updates, including cash flow updates, in accordance with EllisDon Management System guidelines.
- Develop and publish regular Schedule Performance Reports featuring progress dashboards, earned‑value analysis, S‑curves, heatmaps, milestone trend analysis, variance analysis, and areas of concern.
- Review and provide feedback on reports generated by project managers and team members.
