Planner / Scheduler

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of Engineering (CE, EE, ME) or BS Architecture
• At least 8 years work experience in the Construction Industry with at least 5 years spent as a Scheduler or Planner. Able to prepare Construction Schedules (Level 5) both in Gantt and Network Schedule formats using scheduling software such as MS Project, Primavera and / or Tilos and make schedule related presentations for analysis and decision-making

Preparation and monitoring of Construction schedule and reports

• Organize and lead the planning and scheduling team
• Prepare the general or master construction schedule indicating the major milestones of the project (Level 1 3 Schedule) based on the scope of works
