To ensure all manufacturing activities are planned as per scheduled to meet customer on time delivery, drive for operation excellent and meet factory KPIs
Responsibilities
Analyze the weekly MP run to ensure all customer orders are met. Daily planning using FAST scheduling tool to support manufacturing and fulfill OTD. Coordinate and work with the material planner and procurement team for piece part ordering and issuance. Liaise with warehouse and die cage on piece part and die inventory control. Liaise with manufacturing on delinquencies, output/lagging lots/expedites/inventories and delivery plans. Schedule and execute to engineering build. Communicate with global planning group on the demand outlook and die support issues. Respond within 24 hours on delinquency recovery plan and expedites.
