Functions

• Receipt, review, and comments on weekly construction reports issued by on‑site contractors and by the main contractor from the office (Construction scope).
• Receipt, review, and comments on monthly reports issued by on‑site contractors and by the main contractor from the office (Construction scope).
• Support to the site management team in preparing construction input for the client's internal reports.
• Daily/weekly monitoring of Level IV construction schedules and associated activities, and review against the overall Level III project schedule.
• Review and provide comments on construction schedules issued monthly by contractors, and distribute internally for feedback (on site).
• Detailed weekly review of construction progress by discipline and contractor, as well as overall integrated progress.
• Monitoring of direct and indirect man‑hours consumption on site.
