Responsibilities
- Determine the material requirement based on forecast and customer backlog.
- Monitor Work in Progress (WIP) and manage Safety Stock levels to prevent production line‑down situations.
- Communicate with subcontractors to track shipments, manage lead times, and resolve inventory and delivery discrepancies.
- Collaborate with product planners to maximize inventory.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Business Administration or a related field.
- Proficiency in MS Office, especially MS Excel for data handling and reporting.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Structured, analytical mindset with strong organizational skills.
- Team‑oriented, communicative, and capable of working independently on assigned tasks.
