Overview
The Planner I, Master Scheduler supports multiple shipbuilding programs, including JSS/Polar and future initiatives, within the IMS Planning organization. The role provides planning support to the Planning Lead and Team Supervisor across key program phases, including Engineering & Design, Procurement, Build, and Test & Trials. The position is responsible for developing and maintaining integrated, resource‑loaded master schedules to a high standard of quality and integrity. Schedules are developed and managed to be robust, reliable, and suitable for multiple program control needs, supporting Earned Value Management (EVMS), resource planning, MRP/ERP system interfaces, and schedule analyses such as critical path, float analysis, and reporting.
