Construction Scheduler – Hospitality Projects

The Construction Scheduler will be responsible for developing, maintaining, and monitoring project schedules for large-scale hospitality projects, including hotels and mixed-use developments. This role ensures accurate planning and timely delivery across all phases of the project using Oracle Primavera P6.

Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain the project master schedule for design, procurement, construction, and commissioning phases. Prepare and maintain the Basis of Schedule . Collaborate with key stakeholders to ensure timely updates and accurate progress reporting. Apply resource loading to establish optimal staffing and crew plans. Calculate and manage Earned Value KPIs and progress tracking using S-curves. Implement owner’s scheduling specifications and processes.
