Demand Planner (Temporary Position)
Join our Global Distribution Planning Team as a Demand Planner in a temporary role.
Responsibilities
- Responsible for your own material schedule—reviewing current demand, supply plan and available-to-promise (ATP) quantity.
- Process and monitor daily purchase orders based on MRP results following the overall BU targeted inventory level.
- Assure timely delivery of purchased components and finished goods by building constructive relationships with suppliers.
- Manage day-to-day interactions between customer service and suppliers to achieve high service levels and meet customer expectations.
- Contribute to establishing a balanced supply-chain, cost-cash-service triangle.
- Respond to Customer Service Team requests and expedite in a timely manner.
- Monitor and support fluctuating demands through SAP-MRP system.
