General responsibilities
- Collecting and analyzing sales data
- Forecasting future sales and creating performance reports
- Assisting in the development of sales strategies and plans
- Assisting with pricing and promotions analysis
- Monitoring key performance indicators and developing performance metrics
- Cross‑train the team on systems and maintain SOP's when applicable
- Develop basic Excel tools including historical sales data and run ad hoc reporting requests enabling management to make accurate projections
- Monitor sales and stock trends
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in a wholesale environment, apparel buying, planning, forecasting, inventory analysis or similar functions
- 2-3 years of experience working with sales, or a closely related field
- Bachelor's degree preferred in Business, Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, or comparable field
