Summary

Responsible to ensure an adequate level of inventory by forecasting and executing inventory plan.

Responsibilities

  • Review monthly forecast inventory per product and per channel.
  • Monitor the performance of new products (sales vs. plan) and propose actions to prevent stock out.
  • Communication with commercial and marketing areas to review inventory forecasting in general and specific (e.g., promotions).
  • Review inventory requirements for projects.
  • Communication with suppliers to manage incoming inventory arrivals (advance or delay).
  • Create weekly and monthly orders to each supplier including third parties.
  • Maintaining optimal system settings for material replenishment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, International Business, Business Management or similar.
