Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain detailed project schedules using project management software ensuring alignment with project goals and client requirements
- Analyze project progress, identify potential delays, and proactively propose corrective actions to keep projects on track and within budget
- Collaborate with project managers, engineers and contractors to gather necessary data and ensure schedule accuracy and feasibility
- Prepare and present schedule updates, progress reports and forecasts to stakeholders, highlighting key milestones and potential risks
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering (Mechanical / Electrical preferred)
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in project planning and scheduling
- Strong background in MEP projects (Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing)
- Proficient in Primavera P6 (mandatory)
