Position Summary: Responsible for scheduling production via SAP to maximize plant efficiency and profitability while meeting/exceeding service expectations of customers for molding area.
Responsibilities- Review demand and create production schedules on primary and secondary operations to meet/exceed service expectations.
- Act as primary communicator to sales and customer support around orders and lead times.
- Follow production to accomplish the production schedule.
- Maintain planning transaction in SAP.
- Monitor inventory levels and focus on meeting monthly inventory targets.
- Escalate and follow up tooling and equipment issues.
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
- Education: Industrial Engineering or any engineering related career.
- Familiarity with SAP or other ERP systems.
