We are seeking a talented individual to join our Workforce team at MMB Operations . This role will be based in Manila – Six/NEO . This is a hybrid role that requires working at least three days a week in the office.
The Workforce team, operating within the MMB Operations Department , plays a vital role in supporting business functions by delivering insightful and data‑driven reports. They specialize in analyzing capacity and full‑time equivalent (FTE) metrics, enabling MMB Operations to make strategic, high‑impact decisions that drive operational efficiency and optimize resource allocation and management.
We will count on you to:
- Analyze actual production volume arrival and patterns
- Update / create reports necessary for forecasting and planning service delivery team capacity
- Report all changes to adjust workforce game plan to meet operational business targets
