PLacement Student- Supply Chain

We are looking for an enthusiastic student to join our team specializing in Customer Order Management – Wholegoods operations for our Power Generation & Engine business segment in San Fernando de Henares, Madrid.

• Coordinate the acceptance of finished generator sets from suppliers, including readiness and collection dates
• Maintain daily communication with suppliers to confirm production status and resolve missing information
• Update and manage order data in Movex/SAP, including delivery dates, serial numbers, and logistics details
• Verify accuracy and completeness of supplier documentation (test reports, photos, packing lists)
• Monitor order progress, elevate delays, and support the COM WG representative for the Low KVA portfolio
• Support logistics activities by validating shipping data and coordinating with warehouse and transport teams
