Coordinate the acceptance of finished generator sets from suppliers, including readiness and collection dates
Maintain daily communication with suppliers to confirm production status and resolve missing information
Update and manage order data in Movex/SAP, including delivery dates, serial numbers, and logistics details
Verify accuracy and completeness of supplier documentation (test reports, photos, packing lists)
Monitor order progress, elevate delays, and support the COM WG representative for the xhfqzwm Low KVA portfolio
