We are looking for an enthusiastic student to join our team specializing in Customer Order Management - Wholegoods operations for the Power Generation & Engine business segment in San Fernando de Henares, Madrid.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate the acceptance of finished generator sets from suppliers, including readiness and collection dates.
- Maintain daily communication with suppliers to confirm production status and resolve missing information.
- Update and manage order data in Movex/SAP, including delivery dates, serial numbers, and logistics details.
- Verify accuracy and completeness of supplier documentation (test reports, photos, packing lists).
- Monitor order progress, escalate delays, and support the COM WG representative for the Low KVA portfolio.
