Join Echo NDE as a Pipeline Integrity Phased Array Technician, supporting inspection projects throughout Canada and the U.S. This position is designed for technicians skilled in PAUT and inspection reporting.
You will play a vital role in assessing pipeline integrity using a variety of NDE methods and collaborating with field crews. Ideal candidates will have a background in live pipeline examinations and possess an understanding of the required industry codes. Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and assess pipeline flaws via NDE techniques
• Execute inspections on pressurized pipelines
• Contribute to the preparation of inspection reports
• Perform Phased Array inspections on welds and piping
• Collaborate effectively with project teams
Requirements:
• Valid CGSB Ultrasonic Testing UT2 certification
• PCN PAUT Level 2 or equivalent
• CGSB Magnetic Particle Testing MT2 certification
