Pipe Layer Needed for Infrastructure Work

Pursue a rewarding career as a Pipe Layer in Northern Ontario, working approximately 50 hours weekly on diverse job sites. Your focus will be on installing and maintaining underground infrastructure safely and effectively.
We are looking for someone who is physically fit and detail-oriented. In this role, you will collaborate with a team and utilize heavy equipment and hand tools for excavation and backfill. Understanding drawings and managing trench safety are crucial for successful installations of storm, sanitation, and potable water systems.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist with excavation and backfill using heavy machinery
• Interpret drawings and locate underground utilities
• Evaluate site conditions for trench safety
• Install mains, valves, and precast structures according to specifications
• Ensure pipes are aligned using proper tools
Requirements:
• Minimum of 2 years' experience in civil construction
