POSITION SUMMARY: As a Manufacturing Engineering Specialist at Shred-Tech, you will play a key role in optimizing manufacturing operations, supporting new product introductions, and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the organization. You will be responsible for developing, evaluating and implementing efficient manufacturing processes, workflows, equipment layouts, and production methods that enhance quality, productivity, safety, and cost‑effectiveness. Working closely with cross‑functional teams—including Engineering, Production, Quality, Supply Chain and Operations—you will lead process improvement initiatives, support engineering change implementation, and contribute to the successful execution of strategic manufacturing projects.
Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 CAD (based on experience)
