Experteer Overview

In this role you drive the Industrialization, delivery efficiency and operational excellence for LTA FAL & MRO Seville. You lead strategy deployment across cross‑functional, international teams, coordinating OES processes and digital tools to raise performance.

You will benchmark with other plants, implement best practices locally and support mindset change within the plant. Your work focuses on Lean initiatives, safety planning and stakeholder alignment to enable sustainable growth.

• Organize LTA day and activities to enhance brand and visibility
