Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct assessments to identify residents’ therapy needs
• Create and document individual rehabilitation plans
• Maintain ongoing team communication for care consistency
• Oversee departmental safety and equipment conditions
• Develop policies for the Rehab Department
Requirements:
• Graduate of a recognized Physio Therapy program
• Active membership with Alberta College of Physio Therapists
