Sub-Acute, Long-Term Care is a sector of healthcare exploding with potential and work-life balance flexibility (no on call or weekends)!
We are seeking a Full Time (32-40 hours per week) provider for our Elm Wood Center located in Claremont, NH. This position can be filled by a nurse practitioner or physician assistant. New grads are welcome to apply.
The base salary range for this position is $54 - $60 / hour.
**We are also offering a ten-thousand dollar sign-on bonus!**
