We are now hiring a Physical Security Director to play a central role in shaping the physical security standards that set the foundation for our growing data center portfolio.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end physical security program across Bulk's Nordic data center portfolio.
• Define and own physical security standards, policies, and procedures aligned with hyperscaler‑grade requirements.
• Harmonize site security zoning, layered defences, access rules, and minimum controls against recognised standards (EN 50600‑2‑5, ISO/IEC 22237, ANSI/TIA‑942).
