**Tasks and responsibilities**
- Manage a large volume of incoming and outgoing calls in a timely manner.
- Follow communication scripts when addressing various topics.
- Identify customer needs, clarify information, investigate each issue, and provide solutions or alternatives.
- Seize opportunities to sell additional products when they arise.
- Build sustainable relationships and attract customers by increasing efforts.
- Maintain clear and intelligible records of all conversations in our call center database.
- Attend educational seminars regularly to improve knowledge and performance levels.
- Meet personal and team qualitative and quantitative goals.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience in customer service or a phone-based role, ideally with experience handling a high volume of calls.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
