Responsibilities
- Serve as a subject matter expert on grantmaking and operational philanthropic matters to guide clients on mission, programmatic direction, and governance.
- Partner with senior team members on client discovery calls and the creation of foundation strategies, including board transitions and next-generation engagement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to build and improve grantmaking tools, such as application forms and outcome reports.
- Manage team operations, including project management, proposal content development, and tracking sales opportunities via Salesforce.
- Support business development and marketing by participating in prospect calls and developing thought leadership content like webinars and blog posts.
