Key Responsibilities:
• Conduct maintenance on HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and carpentry tasks
• Carry out property and unit inspections for quality control
• Ensure cleanliness and freshness surrounding the property
• Organize and manage tasks on the Make-Ready Board
• Purchase necessary materials within budget constraints
Requirements:
• Minimum of 1 year of multi-family maintenance experience
• Proficiency in English for effective communication
