Phased Array Technician in Pipeline Integrity

Echo NDE is hiring a Phased Array Technician to enhance pipeline inspections across Western Canada and the U.S. This role demands strong PAUT expertise along with code-based inspection skills in a collaborative environment.
As a part of Echo NDE, you will conduct critical integrity assessments on pipeline assets. The position is perfect for those familiar with various NDE methods, eager to contribute to pipeline integrity inspections. Technicians will collaborate with project teams while ensuring inspections meet ASME codes.
Key Responsibilities:
• Locate and interpret pipeline flaws using NDE methods
• Perform inspections on live gas and liquid pipelines
• Assist in reviewing integrity inspection reports
• Conduct Phased Array inspections on piping seams and welds
• Collaborate with field crews and project teams
Requirements:
• CGSB Ultrasonic Testing UT2 certification
• PCN PAUT Level 2 or equivalent
• CGSB Magnetic Particle Testing MT2 certificate
