Boca Pharmacy Group is hiring 3 or more remote Pharmacy Software Specialists to support US pharmacy operations. We are creating separate remote postings for several international talent pools including the Philippines, India, Bangladesh, and other regions. This listing is remote for the location shown on and requires meaningful overlap with US Eastern business hours.
Responsibilities
Process and support prescription workflows in PrimeRx or similar pharmacy management systems such as PioneerRx, Rx30, BestRx, QS1, Computer Rx, EnterpriseRx, FrameworkLTC, or Epic Willow.
Support pharmacy claims processing, insurance follow up, prior authorization workflows, billing queues, data entry, and exception review.
Assist with 340B operational checks, contract pharmacy support, duplicate discount and diversion awareness, and documentation follow through.
