Pharmacy Technician (Operations)

Permanent, Up to $3,000, Pioneer, Monday to Friday: 8am to 5:30pm

• Assistant to Senior Pharmacist
• Understand the process and operations
• Assist pharmacist to lead a team of up to 15 staff and ensure that all are trained up to the predetermined competency level for the operations
• Assist Pharmacist to develop SOPs and procedure in accordance with the requirement of the customers and in alignments
• Plan work schedule and overtime accordingly based on workload
• To assist pharmacist to provide reports whenever required in relation to the above
• To assist pharmacist on document control of related documents is maintained timely & effectively
• Customer engagement on work requirement and deviation reports
• Ensure compliance of processess to SOP/WI and other requirements
