Our Client, a Healthcare company, is looking for a Pharmacy Tech for their Louisville, KY/ Amherst, NY/ New Hyde Park, NY/ Woodridge, IL/ Houston, TX/ Scottsdale, AZ location. Responsibilities:
+ Phone support- Communicates with patients and physician office staff to resolve issues, coordinate medication deliveries, collect co-payments, answer questions, triage calls to appropriate departments as needed.
+ Inbound calls should be handled using first call resolution customer service practices.
Requirements:
+ Must be licensed or registered with the BOP. PTCB preferred
