MedEssist, a University of Toronto and Google Accelerator start‑up, is looking for a bold, action-oriented pharmacist to join our success team. We’re building an incremental pathway for pharmacies to adopt technology as they convert from pharmacies into clinics.
Our mission is to help pharmacies feel supported throughout this journey.
What you’ll be doing:
- Education and Training: Initiate check-in calls to provide strategic advice on how pharmacies can better utilize the platform.
- Primary Presenter: Act as the lead representative for Talk to a Pharmacy Advisor calls and live demos of the MedEssist platform.
- Inbound Response: Monitor the Success email inbox and phone line, responding to voicemails and inquiries from prospective or current customers.
- Expert Guidance: Serve as the product expert who can explain complex features in a way that provides clear value to the pharmacist.
