1. Pharmacy Operations Management

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy department.
• Ensure timely dispensing of medications to inpatients and outpatients.
• Monitor workflow and maintain smooth pharmacy services 24/7.
• Ensure compliance with hospital policies and standard operating procedures (SOPs).

2. Inventory and Stock Management

• Maintain adequate stock levels of medicines and consumables.
• Monitor expiry dates and ensure proper stock rotation (FIFO/FEFO).
