Primarily responsible for dispensing medicines to customers while observing proper customer service standards and ensuring product quality through proper checking and monitoring.
Responsibilities
- Observe all customer service standards in all transactions, including dispensing of drugs, achievement of sales targets, and resolution of customer complaints.
- Provide excellent customer service through branch spiel, basic reminders, personalized greetings, and the Service Standard System (SSS).
- Check and submit near‑expiry products to the supervisor and ensure there are no expired items in the store.
- Ensure stocks are well‑kept, properly displayed, and secured against theft and pilferage while monitoring First Expiry, First Out (FEFO).
- Perform daily inventory of stocks based on assigned area.
