Purpose of The Role: Pharmacist and Operations Lead
- As a Poison A Licence Holder, ensure all operations activities related to distribution performed by Operation & Customer Service Teams are controlled and monitored with strict accountability in accordance to stipulated Regulatory, GSDP & GDPMD requirements.
- Ensure mandatory monthly regulatory reports are maintained up to date and submitted to the respective regulatory body as per required/committed timeline.
- Lead all product complaints & adverse events and coordinate with other departments to ensure timelines are met and deviations are managed where applicable.
- Act as the official liaison with the local regulatory body and NPRA to ensure all regulatory licences are maintained and renewed timely.
- Control and monitor all transactions (Inbound & Outbound) of all controlled drugs such as PD, DD & PSE to ensure full compliance to Poison Act & Regulations.
