Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a Full-Time Pharmacist to join our team in Thunder Bay, Ontario.
Compensation listed is a starting point only and will be determined based on candidate experience.
Patient Focused Care Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical services such as medication reviews, chronic disease management and care plan development.
- Administer vaccines and immunizations.
- Determine appropriateness of drug therapy and monitor for effectiveness, side effects, and interactions.
- Counsel patients on prescriptions, over-the-counter products, and health‑related topics, including indications, contraindication, side effects, and proper usage and storage.
- Supervise pharmacy students or provisional pharmacists in performing restricted activities.
- Ensure compliance with all federal, provincial, and regulatory standards governing pharmacy practice.
