• Accurately check prescriptions (clinical and technical aspects), provide patient counselling, and resolve drug‑related problems.
• Prepare orders for delivery and dispense medication to clinics, ensuring medication is filled and checked correctly.
• Provide exemplary customer service to clinic staff, nurses, and physicians primarily by phone/email.
