Responsibilities
- Review and verify medication orders; check prepared products such as oral, parenteral, chemotherapeutic, and topical medications.
- Participate in patient‑care rounds; collaborate with clinical teams to develop comprehensive medication‑management plans.
- Assess patients for medication‑related issues, intervening and resolving drug‑related problems to optimize therapeutic outcomes.
