Overview

This Pharmacist I position offers the opportunity to work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team that includes infectious disease physicians, nurse practitioners, nurses, social workers, dietitians, and clinical pharmacists at the Northern Alberta Program (NAP) at the Kaye Edmonton Clinic. NAP provides comprehensive assessment, treatment, education, and support for individuals living with HIV in an ambulatory care setting, including access to antiretroviral therapy. Practising to full scope, the pharmacist is responsible for reviewing and optimizing medication therapy by identifying and resolving potential or actual drug‑related problems to improve patient outcomes.
