In this clinically deployed role, you will work collaboratively within an interdisciplinary team to optimize antimicrobial therapy and medication management for patients with infectious diseases.You will assess patients for medication-related issues, contribute to treatment plans, and help optimize therapeutic outcomes in the acute inpatient setting. This clinically deployed, hospital-based position includes participation in Infectious Diseases rounds, collaboration with physicians and multidisciplinary teams, and direct patient care.
