Neighbourly Pharmacy is looking for a full-time Pharmacist to join our team at Pharmasave in Grand Forks, BC . Store hours: Monday to Friday 8am‑6pm, Saturday 9am‑5pm & Sunday 10am‑3pm (flexible availability).
Patient Focused Care Responsibilities
- Deliver clinical services such as medication reviews, chronic disease management and care plan development.
- Administer vaccines and immunizations.
- Determine appropriateness of drug therapy and monitor for effectiveness, side effects, and interactions.
- Counsel patients on prescriptions, over‑the‑counter products, and health‑related topics, including indications, contraindication, side effects, and proper usage and storage.
- Supervise pharmacy students or provisional pharmacists in performing restricted activities.
