Pharma Distribution Ops Director - GDP & Cold Chain

Arabian Ethicals is seeking a high-impact Director of Operations to own end-to-end distribution in the UAE healthcare sector. You will define and execute the GDP‑compliant operational strategy, lead warehousing, cold chain, and procurement, and partner with sales, regulatory, and finance to enable growth across pharma, animal health, and consumer distribution.

You will drive continuous improvement, manage multi-site teams, and ensure audits, licenses, and SOPs remain audit-ready.
