Pharma Change Lead — GxP Compliance & Lifecycle Steward

TMC in Bern, Switzerland, is seeking a Change Coordinator / Change Owner professional to oversee GxP-relevant changes from impact assessment to closure. You will collaborate closely with Project Managers, QA, Regulatory Affairs, and other teams to ensure compliance and efficiency.

The ideal candidate has a degree in Pharmacy or related fields and proven experience in Change Management within the pharma industry. Proficiency in German and English is required, alongside the ability to lead discussions with stakeholders.
