PH Planning Transformation Program Leader

**Role purpose**
The Planning Transformation Program Leader is a senior planning leader responsible for driving PH E2E Planning Transformation agenda within the Voyage program. The role combines deep demand and supply planning expertise with proven program leadership and strong change-management capability. It translates the global planning vision into executable transformation roadmaps, mobilizes cross-functional teams, and ensures sustainable adoption and measurable business value across businesses, regions, markets, functions and IT.
**This is not a traditional project-management role.** Success requires a leader who understands planning processes in practice, can challenge and shape the future-state operating model, and can influence senior stakeholders and drive adoption without direct reporting authority.
