Job Overview
Provides grooming services for pets in adherence with policies and procedures to ensure safety and security of pets and clients. Maintains strong knowledge of grooming best practices, pricing and marketing strategies. Builds strong client relationships. Minimum of 1 year job‑specific experience required with ability to independently build client relations, coordinate and deliver grooming services.
Job Duties
- Perform professional grooming services for dogs and cats, including bathing, drying, brushing, clipping, hand scissoring, de‑shedding, nail trims, ear cleaning, and breed‑specific styling.
- Ensure every pet is handled with patience, compassion, and the highest safety standards.
- Identify skin, coat, or health concerns and communicate observations to the veterinary team.
