The Pest Control Officer is responsible for delivering professional pest management services to clients in accordance with company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Integrated Pest Management (IPM) principles, HACCP requirements, and all applicable health and safety legislation. The incumbent is responsible for ensuring quality service delivery, maintaining accurate service records, supervising Pest Control Assistants and Interns, and providing exceptional customer service while protecting company assets.
Minimum Requirements
Education & Qualifications
- Grade 12 (Matric)
- Valid Pest Control Operator (PCO) Certificate
- Valid South African Driver's Licence
Experience
- Minimum of 2 years' experience in the pest control industry
- Experience servicing commercial, industrial and food manufacturing environments will be advantageous
