General job description

  • Track shipment monitoring, interpreting tracking updates in FedEx systems and operations.
  • Assist customer in preparing shipping documentation, including international regulatory information assistance, shipping request preparation, and special notification related to worldwide pickup and delivery.
  • Assist customers with locating packages, answering questions about FedEx products and services, providing in-person customer service at the counter or on the phone.
  • Carry out shipment preparation with updates to FedEx systems.
  • Update and analyze operational reports (Timecard, Scans, CEBS, EOPS).
  • Carry out delivery routing.
