General job description
- Track shipment monitoring, interpreting tracking updates in FedEx systems and operations.
- Assist customer in preparing shipping documentation, including international regulatory information assistance, shipping request preparation, and special notification related to worldwide pickup and delivery.
- Assist customers with locating packages, answering questions about FedEx products and services, providing in-person customer service at the counter or on the phone.
- Carry out shipment preparation with updates to FedEx systems.
- Update and analyze operational reports (Timecard, Scans, CEBS, EOPS).
